MathMates is designed for children ages 4–8, used under parental supervision. We comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar international regulations.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
  • Parents or guardians create and manage all accounts.
  • Children's in-app activity (progress, scores, badges) is stored under the parent's account.
  • We do not display behavioural advertising to children.

  • Account Data: Parent/guardian name, email address, and password (hashed).
  • Child Profile Data: Child's first name, age/grade level, and learning progress data.
  • Usage Data: App interactions, session duration, topics practised, scores, and badges earned.
  • Device Data: Device type, operating system version, and app version for technical support.

We do NOT collect: precise location data, photos, contacts, or any sensitive personal information.

Method 2 — Email Request: Send a deletion request to bela.apps@gmail.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your registered email address. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
Method 3 — Contact Form: Use the contact form on our website at bela-apps.com. Select "Data Deletion" as the subject.

Upon deletion, we permanently remove: your account, all child profiles, all learning progress data, all session history, and all associated analytics. Some anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate data may be retained for research purposes.
